The staff at the UPS store was very friendly and helpful. They get 5 stars. The experience with the bounce service was bad though, only 2 stars.
In general the system with bounce seems to be easy. The reason why I give a bad rating is: I used this service for the first time. I received a confirmation email for the booking and one is supposed to click on a button to receive the QR code for the reservation to show at the storage shop. However, the bounce page indicated that the service has too high demands at the moments, so there was no way to redeem the QR code, even after multiple attempts. I did not understand why the QR code is not just send with the email directly or at least a reference number or booking number is shown. Luckily, the staff at the UPS store was very helpful and sorted things out manually.
Grat communication, we also took chance to eat at the place, great carbonara.
The receptionist was friendly and super helpful. Checked in my bags in 5 minutes or so. Then I was ready to go explore the city. It also has an excellent location. You can easily walk to the Louvre from there.
It was a smooth transaction. The store was open at 10 and we easily dropped our bags.
