Felt super secure and easy. We dropped our luggage here and took an easy stroll to pier 33 to catch the Alcatraz ferry. I felt comfortable leaving my items here where they took a photo of what I dropped and stored them in the back room. The shop has lots of souvenirs too.

Easy to use as always. Very accommodating to our timeline should you need to pick up early. Only issue was we selected 2 suitcases and 2 small bags and they claimed our 2 small bags weren’t “small” despite no issue at two other locations we had used across our 2 week trip. Cost us a couple of extra dollars, which is fine, but seems like a strange thing to have happened when it was no issue elsewhere.

Pick up and drop off the same day, so easy. The guy was friendly, spoke English and was pleasant and calm. Most stress-free use of this service ever!

The staff were excellent. Let me come back several times to put things in my suitcase. Definitely trusting this particular location for future visits
