Drop off was super easy, even though I had booked from 7:30pm they were more than happy to let me drop it off an hour early! Then when I went back to collect it, my flight had been super delayed and I didn’t get to the collection desk until around midnight. When I arrived there was no one at the desk due to how late it was and I tried ringing the number but no one picked up. I started panicking that I wasn’t going to be able to pick up my bag, and then this lady who was a supervisor at smarts carte appeared and helped me out and successfully helped me get my bag- she was a real lifesaver!
