The location was easy to find and very convenient to Paddington Station. The staff was extremely friendly. Super helpful and present. Secure. We walked from Marleybone station with our bags. Dropped them off at the Europa House hotel in their lobby. We didn’t have to take them up a flight of stairs. They kept the bags by the front desk. We toured London and came back, picked up our bags. We were able to take a quick walk to Paddington Station for our next train.
