Super easy, just booked everything in on the app. Staff were helpful and everything was so straightforward! Also, excellent value, we left our luggage here for 5 days as we had planned a trip to Fuji starting and finishing in Tokyo and didn’t need all of our luggage with us! A small walk from Seoul station. I didn't expect the location to be in a restaurant, but overall it seemed my bag was untouched and kept safe. Would definitely book for the day again if needed.
