Great drop off and pickup experience. I forgot the gentleman’s name that helped me but he looked to be about 40+ with dark hair. Absolutely nice to talk to and went to grab my bag the second I came up the hotel doors. Will definitely book again.
This was the easiest thing ever. I had a 12 hour layover at the Nashville airport and wanted to explore so I used this service. I think I paid like $8 to keep my suitcase at the hotel for the whole day. They tag your bag and you're given a QR code on your phone upon scheduling. The hotel is nice and conveniently located. I felt very safe leaving my suitcase there and pickup was easy, I just went and they asked if I was picking up a suitcase and they handed it to me. Love it!
Lisa was super nice, and she let me wait inside while my Uber came.
