It was easy to drop off bags and staff was kind. Convenient location. However, staff didn’t properly check us in or out. This didn’t impact our use, though they may need a little more training.

Easy drop off and pick up…also doubles as the cutest place for lunch! The staff was very friendly and accommodating - we will definitely book this spot again
Super easy drop off and pick up with friendly staff at the counter. Doesn’t hurt that it was also a nice walk through park to get there from the Blue line Airport station. Already recommended to my Dad and would absolutely use again.
