I would definitely recommend the service, the staff is super helpful, they offered me tea and to book a transfer to airport for a good price. I would like to reiterate a review that I read saying that the bags are left at a hotel reception, that is not true and this comment almost made me book elsewhere. I left my bag there for 10 days to go to Russia and the staff went into a separate room to pick it up, bags are only left at reception if they are collected within the same day (I believe), anyway it felt very secure and friendly.

The staff was really friendly and everything went well. Although we arrived late the staff still was very wellcoming and nice. So even with our circumstances the staff was really accepting. We really recommend!

The service was perfect! It was easy and fast to deal with the check-in and checkout. The staff and especially Mustafa is very helpful. He even helped us with the taxi. He offered free WiFi and refreshing drinks while we were waiting for the taxi. I recommend this place.

We had several hours to wait between our hotel check out time in Belek to a night flight that same day and wanted to spend the day walking around Anatalya. Having spent time trying to work out if Antalya airport has luggage lockers or not I took a look on here and found this luggage storage place with it's great reviews. I'm so pleased we didn't waste time and taxi money going to the airport, then to Antalya and back to the airport. The guys at the hotel storing our luggage were very helpful and even helped us get a taxi to the airport when collecting our bags. I agree with all the comments on here and highly recommend!

The whole process was quite seamless once we reached the correct location. The people at the hotel were very helpful and prompt. They even arranged a taxi for us at the time of collecting our bags. Highly recommend their facility.

The service here was amazing, even offering tea/coffee on bag drop off. Really friendly and welcoming and the manager spoke amazing English which made the whole process very easy. They also went over and above when we accidently left one of our souvenirs behind in the reception after collection. Couldnt ask for a better service and friendly people. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.
