Very helpful staff

I felt such peace of mind leaving my luggage at a secure hotel with very friendly staff. It was an easy and efficient process and I loved how they tagged my luggage. The hotel is just a few blocks away from Penn Station which was perfect for me.

Location was easy to get to, very close to subway and train station. Staff was helpful and polite. No issues.

The staff were really helpful and kind, everything went very smoothly. We also sat and ate at the restaurant before picking up our luggage, excellent food and such kind and attentive service. Many thanks for everything! We hope to see you again soon.
