Just a parcel collection lockbox but it’s really convenient for a day in Southend without bags. Near to station and big locker could fit quite a lot in it
Very convenient to have 24/7 access. Had a bit of trouble finding the lockers initially (they’re behind the petrol station store’s building) but otherwise very easy to use.
A little tough to find amongst all the shops in the station. Look at photos of the place before you go so you know what you’re looking for exactly because it’s not so clear that they do baggage storage judging the signs on front of their store.

Our luggages was save, the staff was very friendly and nice.
Very nice store. They had the bag behind and secured and the people there are very nice. Guy remembered us which is a nice touch.
