Bags are stored away in the back of the store, very fast and professional.
Lifts/elevators are a pain to get but it you're staying in one of the guesthouses then it's perfect. The lady who took our bags was absolutely lovely and offered us water and even a shower! As soon as we turned up and showed the QR code we were done. Bags are stored in a room behind reception (fairly sure she locked it as well).

So convenient, friendly, and easy. Made our time in Bangkok so much easier knowing our luggage was safe and in good hands. Easy to locate and access. Would highly recommend!
