Communication was good with staff and very friendly
The drop off process is simple, and the luggage is supervised. I wouldn't describe the security as impenetrable though, so I wouldn't leave anything super valuable in your luggage.
Easy to dropped off and picked up. Hotel is not far not close to the Subway

Super easy, only complaint is they just open the door and let me grab my own bag. Not really an issue unless you have some dishonest.
