He was extremely kind and friendly. Even though our luggage had been stored for 12 days, it was kept very safely. When he saw that our bags were quite heavy, he kindly escorted us all the way down to the first floor.
Additionally, there is a shuttle bus that comes directly from the airport, which makes it very convenient to drop off and pick up our luggage.

here is a hotel on the 4th floor of the building, closed to train station. staff are very nice. quick drop off and pick up process. put a number tag with my surname on my bag, at the same I have a tag with dame number for pickup purpose. which keep my bag safely

Great experience! Super seamless. Staff were friendly & willing to help. Our families bags were safe while we travelled to different cities. Using this service saved us so much money on paying for bags on flights. Right near LAX. Highly recommend!
