Staff were lovely! They were so lovely that this became our primary milk bar for the duration of our stay in Berlin. The check-in was straight forward and the shop was easy to find. All of the staff that we met were incredibly helpful despite the language barrier. Would 1000% recommend this place for bag storage and also all your daily necessities! 10/10

We came here on Saturday and was worried since online it says this place is closed however they are open! They open at 10AM and close at 12AM so make sure you get your stuff before those times! To note this is a karaoke place, the staff were great and the suitcases were ready when we arrived!

Very friendly, did not complain about oversized and lopsided bags, very quick and thorough to check in the bags. Checkout was quick, easy, and friendly too.
