Awesome. The check in and check out process was very easy and the storage staff is responsive. I sent a message using the app that I will be late in checking in my luggage, got a response quickly. The hotel is easy to find as well.

Easy enough to find and really well located near the train station. My luggage was stored in a secure room within the hotel complex and the staff member that helped me was nice also. Overall, can highly recommend using this Bounce location! ☺️
