Staff were friendly. Cafe is right opposite exit 15 of Seoul station, super convenient.

We came on Halloween so we were a bit scared when Art the clown was the one who greeted us and kept our bags, but everything was so seamless and the customer service (although a bit jarring) was superb, definitely recommend leaving your bags at this UPS location!

Staff was friendly, store is bright and clean, and very close to subway and buses. Also a good spot to get a ride share pickup.

Drop off was easy and the staff was friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly and easy. Thought my suitcase would small like week - but it didn't!
