The hotel was easy to find and the staff were prepared and very helpful. We had an issue with displaying the QR code on the Bounce app, and the staff were very patient and offered solutions while we attempted to fix the issue. Would definitely use the service and the location again.
Easy to find, store, and retrieve. Right next to the metro station so good to drop off bags to go see Osaka castle

The location is perfect — just a one-minute walk from Namba Station (near the Midosuji Line). The shop is on the basement floor, but there’s an elevator, so no worries at all! The opening hours are super convenient — even if you shop all day, it’s still open late until around 5am in the morning .
The service at Yamato Transport Naniwa Store was fantastic.
The staff are all so friendly.
The process was so quick and easy and was done all online , just showed the staff the QR code the website supplied .I will definitely be using this the next time I visit Japan .
