We had a problem with the checkout system (app) but they were very attentive

Great experience, the spot was a little hard to find, inside an office building with limited signage. More photos of what to look for and where to go would be great. However we did find it after about 5-10 mins and was an awesome experience! Would go with this person again if we were in Japan again.
