Drop off and pick up great!! Easy enough to find you just need to send a message for the door to be opened for you. Absolutely amazing service! Gave a quick verbal tour of Seattle and even walked me to the metro station to be safe as it was late and dark when I picked up my luggage. Would really highly recommend :))
