Super easy! This was my first time using the app and I was a little nervous about leaving my stuff. But the staff was very helpful and friendly and knew exactly why we were there when we showed up with bags, no need to explain. The place was clean and they had a separate room in the back where they stored the bags. We were able to use the bathroom and grab a snack before going off for our afternoon adventure! Highly recommend!

The guy there was so helpful! Really kind, and as 2 women, he was adamant we didn't do any lifting on the few stairs. Highly recommend!

Great place to keep your luggage if you are visiting for a day or half. Prices is also good. People are wonderful. Next time when I come will book them again.
