Drop off was super easy, even though I had booked from 7:30pm they were more than happy to let me drop it off an hour early! Then when I went back to collect it, my flight had been super delayed and I didn’t get to the collection desk until around midnight. When I arrived there was no one at the desk due to how late it was and I tried ringing the number but no one picked up. I started panicking that I wasn’t going to be able to pick up my bag, and then this lady who was a supervisor at smarts carte appeared and helped me out and successfully helped me get my bag- she was a real lifesaver!

Easy drop off and pick up at the place. Parking the car near by was a bit challenging. We stored a bike box. Well worth it.

I flew into LAX Airport to attend a concert in LA and needed a place to leave my Backpack for the day (since it wasn’t allowed in the venue). I’m glad I chose this location. Like other reviews mentioned, I now also feel pretty confident in leaving my luggage there. The staff with whom I interacted were very professional and friendly. Some options to get there are: The LAX Metro Connector Shuttle which connects the Airport to the LAX/Metro Station (This station is located a couple of blocks away from the dropoff location) is free of charge, but once at the station, you have to walk a little bit which under most people’s circumstances is perfectly fine. You could also just ask around about the hotel’s shuttle, which also free of charge. So all in all very happy with this location.
