There should be clearer instructions regarding the store location I.e. that the store is in street level and not inside the mall
It was a little difficult to actually find your location. According to the pin drop in Google maps, it looked like we had to go in the shopping center, versus accessing from the street.

The staff is friendly but there are no tags/receipt/pictures that we got to identify our bags. For check out we just take the bag ourselves. So it really depend on honesty of the customers. I could say that another bag is mine and the staff will never know. But we check in and check out our bags safely
