Extremely positive - they are on the third floor, but have an elevator, so no hassle to get your bags to their location - I was storing my bicycle bag, which is pretty large—they did not mind (as long as you reserve the odd-sized item!) - for both drop off and pick up they were immediately available. Great service! I would absolutely use this location for luggage storage again!

Very convenient and cheap! Left here for 3 days while went to Kyoto. Location is a bit tricky to find located across from the station on the 5th floor of a barber shop

Very easy process with good checking procedures both when dropping off and picking up luggage. I would use them again.

Both dropping them off and picking them up was very easy. The staff was very friendly and explained everything clearly, and it was a big plus that the person who received them when I arrived also spoke Spanish because this was my first time using bounce 100% recommended.

Easy to find. Close to Southern Cross station. Friendly & helpful.
