Very easy process with good checking procedures both when dropping off and picking up luggage. I would use them again.

Both dropping them off and picking them up was very easy. The staff was very friendly and explained everything clearly, and it was a big plus that the person who received them when I arrived also spoke Spanish because this was my first time using bounce 100% recommended.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Storage is in a locked room with other travelers also storing their luggage. There are cameras outside of the locked room
