The service is perfect not far from the cruise terminal. It was the member of staff's first day opening the store he did amazing amd was very polite

Both dropping them off and picking them up was very easy. The staff was very friendly and explained everything clearly, and it was a big plus that the person who received them when I arrived also spoke Spanish because this was my first time using bounce 100% recommended.

If you had to stay at that shitty Days Inn Mission Valley/SDSU and don’t trust leaving your bag with them, then this is the answer.

Smooth process. The owner/employee was very courteous and we felt very comfortable leaving our luggage with them.

They were really nice, everything was very formal and the bags were kept in a safe space, definitely would reserve again
