Drop off and pick up was easy. Need to be careful which side of Shinjuku Station you exit from with the ongoing construction.
We really recommend leaving your luggage here for a few days . The staff were very nice and approachable, even offering us tissues and kindly giving us an extra 30 minutes since our pickup time was at 4. Thank you so much.
