Easy process. The dropoff is at the back of the store. They did want a confirmation code, but neither the email nor the app had one (a Bounce issue, not the location). They were able to find my reservation by my email address. You take a pic of your luggage at drop off and then show them the pic at pickup. The bags were kept in a back room.
It was very easy to use! The dropoff is in the back corner of the store. We were sure to take a picture of everything we left, but there was so issue when we came back to pick it all up!
Booking was easy. Process in store was organized. Luggage was safe. Would use this location again.
