Really easy drop off and pick up. Showed up at the scheduled times and scanned QR code with the staff. Easy access if you're using Terminal 2, it's on B1 floor.

Cafe PANE.. it's just next to Incheon Station.. u don't have to drag your bag all the way to Chinatown.. it's a lill bit on the pricey side tho.. but u pay that price for the plus points
