the lady handling bounce pickups was so nice! just a few minutes' walk from terminal 3. would rather walk 10 mins than pay 3x for bag storage at the airport itself.

We used Hotel Desire twice for our luggage. Manuel is so kind. Very helpful. He’s the reason we’d use it again. The other guy is a jerk though. We had a long trip into Florence and upon arrival asked to use a restroom. He lied to us and said no restrooms unless you have a room.

Staff fantastic. Bag safe and secure. And bonus lovely coffee! Reccomend!
