Very nice and diligent staff, even asked if we needed a cab after picking our bags up. For those looking to go to the catacombs after dropping off bags, just double check the time the store opens and the time you are expected at the catacombs (the catacombs suggest arriving 15 minutes before your booked slot). The walk from the store to the catacombs of San Callistus is about 14 minutes, so if you drop off your bags at 9:30 (earliest time the store opens some days), and have a catacombs booking at 10:00, then you will reach the catacombs at 9:45. So make sure you are not late to drop off your bags. The store also let us keep our backpacks with them along with our carry on bags even though we only booked/paid for our carry on bags.

Easy and fast. Language is not an issue. Just go to the counter, show the QR code and done. However, keep in mind to use the elevator and head to floor 7. Was very professional in turning in and checking out baggage. Plus, it’s next to the JR lines.
