The location was perfect and the staff was incredibly friendly. We had a lot of bags and they accommodated all of them with no problem. We left our luggage before our flight so we could sightsee, then came back and ate at the café—the food and drinks were amazing. We’ll definitely use them again when we return!
Everyone was very helpful, and communicative - stored our bags and allowed us to wait for our uber inside the store. I highly recommend.

Staff were very friendly and quick to assist. Luggage is left near the bathrooms and pretty good distance from the entrances; not explicitly a secure area, but I didn't have any concerns or worry about our bags.

A very friendly early morning dropoff and explanation of what to expect in York which was helpful for us. Dropping off luggage for a day before you check in to your rental is always a bit confusing way start to your day so the friendly help was appreciated!
