Had a great experience our first time dropping off luggage
The clerk was friendly and helpful. Bags are stored in a back room, with other bags. Take a picture of your bags, definitely helps if you have some distinguishing stickers or markings on the bags.

Our experience was positive. There is no parking to drop off your bags, so you do have to double park. There are stairs you have to go up and down, but it wasn't too bad! Everything ran smoothly. We would use this service again.
The staff is very friendly. The shop is located at riverwalk level and it was easy to locate.
