Very friendly staff and very helpful. It’s a convenient location in the city and it’s a restaurant which is easy when you pick up your luggage you can grab some food and some drinks too!
Super great service we had 11 rollybags and the guy went above and beyond to help us and even contacted a taxi to the airport for us.

Never used Bounce before but it was so easy. Booked the cafe next to the Arena. Presented the barcode and staff stored the luggage. It would be good to know exactly how secure it was but we had to trust.
The staff were really nice. Close to the train station.
