BOUNCED: MadridIt's the souvenir shop, keep in mind for drop off and pick up that there are several steps at the entrance and also at the back. Other than that, easy peasy.

The staff were welcoming and asked if we were there for Bounce when we walked in with our luggage. Our bags were safely locked in a room adjacent to the corner store. Staff immediately took a picture of our luggage when dropped it in the storage room. Pick up was just as easy
