Easy for drop-off and pick-up process, and nice staff.

Five stars across the board. I used this luggage drop four different times, and every experience was excellent. The staff were consistently friendly, kind, and welcoming, and they made the whole process quick and stress-free each time. My bags were stored safely and securely, and I never had a single issue—everything was exactly as I left it. What really set this location apart was reliability. The staff were always present during the posted hours, which unfortunately wasn’t my experience with other storage spots around Italy. In a few cases elsewhere, locations weren’t even working with the Bounce app anymore, and I had to rebook a new drop-off and walk in the rain. That never happened here—this place was dependable every single time, which made a huge difference while traveling. As an added bonus, the drop-off location is also an impressive gym—clean, professional, and genuinely awesome to see. Overall: safe storage, great service, and a location that feels trustworthy. I would absolutely use this spot again and recommend it to anyone who wants a smooth, reliable luggage storage experience.

Very convenient if you can't find a coin locker, or need to store multiple bags

Drop off and pick up went perfectly, nice staff, easy communication with them. Bonus: excellent pastries and coffee, so while booking in the morning, why not sit down and enjoy some food there.
