It’s a convenient location to drop off your stuff. The staff are trustworthy, and they have a great system that ensures you get your things back the way you dropped them off. They make you take a picture of the tags they give you and scan your QR code. I highly recommend it, especially if you’re traveling out of Penn Station. You’re in and out quickly.
