the lady handling bounce pickups was so nice! just a few minutes' walk from terminal 3. would rather walk 10 mins than pay 3x for bag storage at the airport itself.

We used Hotel Desire twice for our luggage. Manuel is so kind. Very helpful. He’s the reason we’d use it again. The other guy is a jerk though. We had a long trip into Florence and upon arrival asked to use a restroom. He lied to us and said no restrooms unless you have a room.

The kindest woman attended us. She was so friendly and helpful, and she even gifted us umbrellas when we were leaving so we wouldn’t get wet.
