You need to book in advance to confirm your spot otherwise you risk space not being available. The process is very easy to follow on their website. Communication is clear and easy to read. Pick up was easy to follow. It is open 24/7. I recommend this service to hold your luggage.

Easy to drop off, and gave us a tag for easy pick up. Only inconvenience was needing to remove shoes while getting into the space with all our luggage.
