Drop off and pickup was very easy and flexible given it was a 24-hour location. Highly recommend
Drop off and pick up were easy enough, and this is an ideal location near the airport. Just note (especially if you have big or heavy bags) that the parking lot is gravel and you have to carry your bags up a few stairs to get to the drop off point.

Staff were very friendly and supportive when my flight was cancelled and I needed to arrange a new flight. Very appreciative of a comfortable space to talk on the phone while it was charging otherwise I'd be stuck in town!
