Very impressed!! I was using a uber to drop off and pickup in between stops so I had limited time. I called ahead and the guy was very accommodating to coming down to grab my bag since it was the weekend as well as bringing it down when I was on my way back. 1000/10 would use this service again when i’m back in Chicago!

Was a very easy drop off and pick up. Though a busy coffee shop, felt safe to keep our bag. Employee walked in with us both times when entering the storage area.
