Easy drop off and pickup. Very convenient location.

Friendly staff. Took great care of our group’s 5 bags in a secure back location. Verification of tags was required upon pick up. Central location in Malasaña neighborhood. Highly recommend.

They were helpful and kind and tried to help me as much as possible. The Bounce app, which is quite bad, had several errors and I almost couldn't leave my bags; I had to ask someone else to download the app to get the QR code.

Really smooth experience. You press a doorbell to open the door, and your luggage is hidden behind the counter, so everything felt very secure. The owner was so nice when we dropped off our bags. Would absolutely use again whenever I'm in town.

Drop off and pick up was super easy and fast and got on with our day while we waited for our check-in - great location to explore and communication was very easy! Highly recommend
