I was actually confused about where the location was at first. I typed Bounce into Google maps, and it didn’t show up, but also the directions in the Bounce email were confusing.

Easy and quick drop off and pick up. Staff was very friendly.

The staff were really nice! The store is pretty small and can get pretty crowded at times, but they were still able to accommodate my very large suitcases! I would go there again
