Staff were super nice and the luggage pick up and drop off was really easy. The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk away from NY Penn Station which is super convenient if you’re leaving from there to travel back to Newark airport via transit.

It was great for when you need to leave your large luggage and you cannot go about Bucharest with carrying them.

We left 3 pieced of luggage with them with no problems. They were friendly and the process was smooth both dropping and picking up the bags
