It was the first for the employees and myself, but the lady that checked my bags in was very polite and courteous. The gentleman that helped me when picking up my luggage was also very polite and courteous as well. If I travel again and needed to store luggage for a bit I will definitely choose this store again. Great location, close to southern cross station and 5 mins walk from our air bnb. Freed up our Sunday to walk around.. pickup / drop off was quick and the staff member who served us was very friendly! Luggage is locked in a seperate room, you can see where they bring it . Would definitely use these guys again, thank you!
