If I needed luggage storage in Cancun again, I would use this location every time. Most of the other storage options are via hostels. I get somewhat nervous about leaving my stuff around, and I don't know if I would've felt as comfortable storing things at some of the other places.
Ibis's process was streamlined, efficient & secure. They handle everything. They tagged my bag by ID, stored it securely in front of me, and then retrieved it themselves on the way out. I dropped off around 10 PM and picked up around 2 AM (so you know they have 24 / 7 service). And it's right next to shops if you need something afterwards.
Really trusted them and would definitely store again.

This location was a 12 min walk from where we were staying. The staff was friendly and allowed us to get some things out of our bags in the middle of our reservation time. There are no private lockers so maybe don’t leave anything that is very valuable. The bags are stored in the back of the boba tea bar. I have no complaints. This location is half a block away from ADO bus terminal which is very convenient if you are using ADO to travel to the airport or other routes in Mexico
Easy to find, really nice people, great stuff in their shop too! The actual business is just to the left of the Hard Rock Cafe. As tourists it was very reassuring to know they are standing besides the luggage at all times! 10/10 recommend.
