The women who checked me in made things super easy. My bags felt super safe so I could go around and do some last minute things before heading home. ALSO its attached to a bar that's open 24/7 so when I got tired I could go have a drink in the AC with really cool bartenders. Would book again with them in a heart beat.
The guy that received me for check out was very kind and nice
Went to a different location nearby at first and they were under new management and no longer worked with Bounce.
Since this one is a normal UPS store, felt it was safe and easy to keep my items here.
The woman who helped me bith at drop off & pick up was very nice and helpful. She made sure to open the door for me aa I left with bags. We middled through the language barrier even!
Way better than the rip-off one inside the station.
