Easy access, staff was friendly. Might need to wait a sec since I think there is only one person working the desk who may be away doing something.

Easy process. The dropoff is at the back of the store. They did want a confirmation code, but neither the email nor the app had one (a Bounce issue, not the location). They were able to find my reservation by my email address. You take a pic of your luggage at drop off and then show them the pic at pickup. The bags were kept in a back room.
