Would have appreciated more security (it was just piled behind the counter) but they were otherwise super friendly and helpful and nothing happened to our bags.
Everything was perfect, service was quick and the shop employee was really nice and very helpful.
Bags are kept behind the desk and not in a locker. Friendly staff and Bounce is very easy to use and such a great service, this location was ideal and will definitely use them again.
Using the app makes this process simple ….They marked our bags and assured us they would be safe until we returned for pickup to head out of town.
