Very helpful staff and a huge space. They even allowed me to repack my luggage and add all the items I bought from nearby shops before leaving. I was able to open my luggage wide, and they were completely okay with it.

Staff were lovely! They were so lovely that this became our primary milk bar for the duration of our stay in Berlin. The check-in was straight forward and the shop was easy to find. All of the staff that we met were incredibly helpful despite the language barrier. Would 1000% recommend this place for bag storage and also all your daily necessities! 10/10
