Quick, easy, convenient! Contrary to some older reviews I had read, my luggage was stored behind the counter against a far back wall. I was required to present my claim check to regain possession of my things. So, there were no issues about security. Staff was pleasant and worked quickly to manage the queue both at my drop-off and pick-up visits. Location was walkable (15 min approx) to plenty of popular spots nearby. I will be in the area again in a couple months and if I do a day of sightseeing, I would not hesitate to leave my things at this Bounce location.

The app says 8pm closing but I asked the store and they told me 7pm. Always ask.

They had my reservation ready. The bags are kept behind the kitchen counter and you have to take a photo of your bag to claim it later. But it worked really well. It’s 3 minutes from the Grand Central. Only warning: if you’re a girl don’t go upstairs alone to eat because it’s like a pub but a bit weird
