The drop off is on the 4th floor via elevator, it took me a few minutes to find it at 9:30am. The place is very nice, the person greeted me, scanned my QR code and I picked up my bag later that day.
You won’t be disappointed, very simple and the staff is very friendly! ☺️👏👏

Very convenient! You can find the shuttle to the Airport Spectrum very frequently but sometimes traffic delays would happen. Wyatt is very helpful and kindly! The only small problem is you need to find the security to help you get to 4th floor by elevator.
Easygoing guy. Need to look for him inside the shop's dining area. Everything is smooth after that.
Dropping off our luggage here was such a lifesaver! The owner at the location was so friendly and kind, and we were able to explore the area without our luggage before we checked into our hotel. Plus there was an added bonus of being able to explore her gallery when we picked up our things!
